Watercolour Art Class 3:15 pm to 5:15 pm $40 per person

Join local artist Jill Weston for a 2-hour watercolour art class. Under her guidance, you will create your own masterpiece. All materials are provided.

Join us for a yoga class open to people of all levels. You can bring your own mat if you’d like but if you don’t have one, we can provide one.

Ambrose Fitness Facility Walk Our Fitness centre will be open for conference delegates from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm Wednesday, May 15 and Thursday, May 16.
Barber Walk Denim & Smith barbershop offers a memorable barber experience with great service at a fair price. Drop in for a barber basic haircut for $27, a beard trim for $15 or enjoy other services, only a 2-minute walk from campus.

From Ambrose, walk along Springborough Boulevard east to 69th Street

Turn left, remaining on the west side of the street and proceed one block north to the entrance to the underground C-Train station

Take the Blue Line train to the 8th Street Southwest station downtown and transfer to the southbound Red Line train, getting off at the Chinook station

Walk two blocks west on 61st Ave SE and take the pedestrian walkway over McLeod Trail to Chinook  Centre
